Early upgrade?

Yeah every chance, you can upgrade your contract in the last 3 months of your contract but there maybe a fee + you may not be eligible to move onto any new talkplans/offers, best time to upgrade is the last month of the contract or when the contracts up.
The best thing to always do also is say you want to leave, then they'll give you better offers than if you were a happy customer just wanting to upgrade normally.

I've got a K800i at the moment which i've just sent back as i've broke the camera cover somehow.

Will get the new one off them and then leave it till the last month and see what I can get!

Ive jus told them i was thinking of leaving and they said they could give me my contract for £20 with some extra mins n texts and a free phone of my choice (its currently a £35 contract)
 
o2 are very hit or miss when it comes to getting a deacent upgrade deal. Last year I wasn't very happy with mine. In fact it turned out they gave me the same contract again at what I thought was the same line rental price I was paying (£15) and they charged me £89.99 for a phone. Several days later I got my first bill and it turned out they were charging me £25 for my line rental! :mad: so after a good 30 mins of moaning to them on the phone and thretening to cancel the contract under the 14 day grace period, I managed to get the line rental back down to £15. This year i'm not renewing my online contract. Instead i've taken up one of those cash back offers with e2save and have gotten a far better contract. Roll on Monday when my new U600 arrives :)
