Earphone problems!!
Hey guys and girls,
I've recently taken up jogging, and as I'm usually on the treadmill for about 40 minutes, I decided to listen to my ipod at the same time.
The problem is that within three weeks, the sound in the left earphone of 2 different earphones has almost completely cut out to about a third to a quarter of what it should be.
Its not as though they were bargain basement £1 earphones either.
The first set was a £35 Sony in-ear set (model number I don't know), and the volume & sound isolation was very good for 6 months before I took up jogging. However, within a week. the sound in the left headphone was almost muted.
So, instead of buying a new pair, I decided to use the earphones that I got with my SE w810i, which are also a pretty decent pair of in-ears. However, again within a week the left headphone was not functioning properly. Both sets of earphones were the round the back of the neck types, so the wire for the left was shorted than the wire for the right earphone
Are these headphones not designed for running/jogging, because the problems only occured after I used them whilst jogging?
Could somebody please recommend a decent inexpensive pair of headphones that won't decide to die on me when I'm jogging.
Cheers in advance!!
