Hey,

Not sure if this will be the right forum but thought I would give it a shot.

I'm currently using a wireless Artic headset for my work, Teams, Zoom, answering Skype calls etc but I have to turn it on/off each time so as i've been there a year am looking for something better.

Ideally a one ear headset piece with a good quality mic that I can just grab due to good battery life and not needing to turn it off/on each time or constant charging. Have watched a few Youtube reviews but was surprised at how poor the mic quality was. I don't have much background noise.

Was wondering if anyone had any recommendations, either Bluetooth or USB. Budget not necessarily a concern but don't want to spend ridiculous amounts if something half the price is very similar. Light/comfortable and stable as sometimes i'm moving around.

Any help appreciated.

I could also suggest a new headset like this one

I use my Sony XM5 for work/music as it can handle 2 concurrent BT connections but it isn’t perfect and can get confused meaning that I need to use my wired headset.

BT isn’t perfect and can be an issue. One thing I do want to try is a dedicated usb BT connector as I feel that the quality of built in BT connectors in combination with the faraday effect of the computer does impact connection reliability.
