Hi,

Basically the other day I brought a new earring however it doesn't fit in my ear and I was wondering if I could return it back to the retailer. I've had a look on their website (H Samuel) and it says that you can return goods if you have the recept etc and its in the same condition as to which it was sold in.

However I am wondering now that I have actually (tried) to wear it and it doesn't fit will they refund me or will they say no because of hygene reasons.

Thanks!

Er.. what do you mean it won't fit?

Trust me, it'll fit ;)

I think I may ring the shop up tomorow before hand just to make out that I brought it for someone and it wasn't ideal.

If it's too small for your ear have you tried piercing & using it in your John Thomas?:)

My what? *Confused*

Sorry mate, the GF says its not at all possible for them to accept it back. She works for ernest jones (in the same group as H samules, that being the signet group), as it is possible to transmit illnesses that way. If they do take it back, the store can be prosecuted if it is traceable. The only way it can be returned is if the item is faulty in the first place.

Woody :)
