I found this game £8 a couple a weeks ago and didn't expect much. I popped it in my 360 about 12am and about six hours later I was still playing it without a break. I have no idea what it is about the game that makes it so addictive because the gameplay is very simple kill and distroy everything. The game has a Starship Troopers feel to it because you have to kill hundreds of thousands of alien type giant bugs. There's Spaceships and Robots too later in the game. It's like some cheesy SiFi movie but you won't be able to put it down.

The graphics are basic looking for a 360 but for a good reason. This game will have Hundreds to thousands of monsters attacking you on screen at once. So I assume to allow this they made the graphics not to taxing.

Angry or stressed? Play this game and you feel great in no time. :D

Anyone else played it?

Not played it but it sounds like my cup of tea. Used to love hacking endless (well nearly) hordes in Dynasty Warriors.

A friend of mine was raving about this game ages ago, I've never actually tried it myself.

Yeah Giant Ants. I know it should become boring because it's repetative but I couldn't put it down. Must have some Hypnotic power over me. :)

gotta love demolishing buildings, Team America Stylee!!

its a great game but unfortunately for me at least it gets boring quite quickly.

I'm so happy I have to announce it to everyone (Kind sad ಠ_ಠ ) That I just got my 1000/1000 achievement points out of EDF 2017 not long ago. Getting my last achievement felt amazing because EDF is an extremely challenging game set on inferno difficulty. I really felt I earn my points today. :)

EDF! EDF! EDF!

This game is great fun. I bought it at launch after it was recommended on another forum. I think I paid £20 for it and although I've only gone through on the easiest difficulty level I played a bit in local co-op too and know I'll return to it. Love all the different weapon types.

It's a continuation of a PS2 game series so isn't the first of it's kind, although its the first released over here. Much more on Wikipedia.
