I didn't know it was an earthquake until I seen this thread. I actually thought there was someone or something in the house when it happened and went and searched all the rooms. It was very creepy.

I'm just off the spaghetti junction, I heard a loud rumbling and then my desk shook for a few seconds. Was an odd sensation, kind lost my balance. Just spoken to my rents in Norwich, knocked a load of stuff of their wardrobe so must have been slightly stronger there. Was a pretty cool experience

Some people up here felt it.. others didnt. My cousin did and so did i a lot of others ive mentioned it to did not. My desk chair and tv were wobberling all over the place lol

I did exactly the same, I thought someone was downstairs and I was pretty helpless sat on the can

epicenter was in 15 mile north east of Lincoln 4.7 on the scale just been reported on sky news
