Large underwater volcanoes are situated in and around Santorini(Cyclades Islands) south of Greece.
The Islands are situated near a fault line too, there have been hundreds of Earthquakes ranging from mid 3's up to 5.3 on the Richter scale.
Most of the island has been evacuated but looks like something larger is brewing as geologists are claiming the movement of plates are filling up magma chambers just below the surface.
