You don't need Rock Band 2, all the songs coming with it will be downloadable for Rock Band 1.

Fifa 09 wont be there they like to show game off at Leipzig as Konami show PES off at this event.

I have heard the other way round. Being that all RB1 songs will be free for RB2 owners.
