Easiest CMS to get to grips with?

Hi,

I am going to be launching a music review/events listing website in the next couple of weeks.

Obviously the pages will be updated regularly and will need to be easily changed.

I know quite a bit of html and css, but i'm pretty new to content management systems.

I installed Joomla but found it quite hard to learn..

Any easier alternatives?

There's a huge list here but be warned, Joomla is one of the best and the apparent complexity is only there because of the flexibility, so don't lock yourself into a simple system only to be frustrated a few months down the line :)
