Easiest way of doing chest dips at home?

If you have a kitchen worktop that's an L shape you could try using that.

It could be a little dangerous to attempt anything with chairs or objects which aren't heavy enough or fitted to the ground.

There are many exercises which accomplish the same task though and if I ever don't have time to go to the gym (say on Holiday or something) then I'll just do some standard pushups or if you have some dumbbells at home too you could do some wide grip press-ups - They produce the same movements as chest dips.

I did this, and PROPERLY hurt my wrist as I was being a **** and not thinking about the stress it would cause. Just a heads up in case anyone thinks about doing it and isn't entirely sure of what they're doing.

goto the local park theres bound to be something suitable :P

i see uni students jogging around the local park all the time and a lot of them stop near the climbing frames for 15mins doing pullups , dips etc
