Easiest way to create a page like this

I'm looking to create a domain sales page similar to chazzer dot com

Now unfortunately I've got minimal html experience and no CSS knowledge! What's going to be the easiest to replicate something like this page?

I'd want to change the background image to suit the domain I had for sale but the rest of the layout and features seems ideal for what I'd want!

Spend an afternoon brushing up on HTML and learning CSS and you'll be able to do that easy.

Right click and view source code, see how close that gets you and modify to taste.

That's how I started but the page doesn't look good at all! I guess I need to grab stuff like the style.css and unifrom.css file and try and hack them too!

Easier said than done! I've no idea what resources to use to start the brushing up!

If you are more or less just starting out, try Googling specific questions you might have and you'll usually find a tutorial explaining what you want to do. If you are really keen on the site you linked to and want to have a play with it (which I would recommend also as have others) download Firebug for Firefox and try disabling bits of css and changing values to see what it does with it. With Firebug you will see the change instantly and it's a great way to see exactly what something does very quickly. There are alternatives for other browsers out there but that's what I use. Some people like Chrome's built in inspector for example (press f12 to open it while in Chrome).
