Easiest way to embed guestbook

I need to put a guestbook on my site, can anyone recommend a FREE guestbook, one where I just paste the HTML into my page, I tried using the bravnet one but It doesnt work + I dont like the fact that they have a entry in my guestbook that I cant get rid of.

Used to have guestbooks on random sites that served no purpose
