Easiest way to monitor precise tower temp?

Hi, I know a hand by the fan is obvious answer, but is there a option in system tools I've missed which shows real time temp in the case?

Its christmas, everyone is with family You can find out the temps of individual components such as CPU/GPU/HDD and the motherboard by using an app called everest ultimate. There are also lots of different apps that will do this but I prefer this one. If you boot in to your bios, that will also tell you the CPU and motherboard temperature.
