hi guys, this is my first post but i read these forums quite often and was hoping someone could help me out in my time of need!

just wondering if anyone could recommend me a decent ATX case (with or without psu) which i would be able to move around quite easily (living on 16th floor in a tower block at uni :P). didnt want to go SFF or mATX because of the more limited upgradability options down the line (info in next paragraph).

i currently have a full tower case but it's too much of a hassle to transport (heavy and large dimensions) so im thinking of moving all the parts over to a new case to make life easier. i am thinking of doing a full system upgrade at the end of the year so just looking for a case to last for the next few months at uni until the point i can do a full upgrade. will probably end up moving all the old parts back into the larger case after the upgrade lol

not sure ill be overclocking my current setup but i might consider doing so when i eventually upgrade at the end of the year so that needs to be taken into account also

hope this hasnt been too long winded and confusing and i await your suggestions!

cheers for reading and thanks in advance

thanks for the quick reply hehe

i had considered this myself but i dunno, i didnt particularly like the looks of it to be honest. looks are not the main concern at the moment and if push came to shove id go for functionality but any other options there might be out there and why they might suit my situation would be great

wow ive had a look around a bit and im liking the look of the pc7 so i think that is my first choice at the moment! just wondering what major the difference is between it and the pc60 if any

i reckon the v1000 is gunna be too much of a pain again to move around as is the ammo.

lastly - i also visitied the thermaltake site and was wondering if anyone knows what the new matrix range is like? i know yewen prefers the pc7 over the tsunami so i wont ask about that :P

forgive me if this is a stupid question but what did you mean by the last part about the fan?

also it wont be getting moved every week. probably once or twice every few months

cheers once again for your info. its greatly appreciated :)

cheers again yewen although i have one last gap in knowledge - i promise this is the last for the moment:P

will most PSUs fit fine in here? if not what do i need to look out for?
