Well I did wait till midday Monday to put the order in and sent you a trust email and your colleagues should have informed you that such a request had been put in. Quite frankly they seemed like they just didn't want to deal with anything. Either way, makes no difference to me. I got my drive coming today.

I also really think you should drop the price down of the item I bought. You charge an extra 20% on an expensive piece of kit compared to your competitor. I am surprised anyone pays that.
