Easy 3d Design Program?

Are there any simple and easy 3d design programs out there for simple things like designing a case/watercooling setup? I'm taking a Graphics and design module so I'll be learning cad and some other things soon but it's only week 2 and I'm impatient.

Google SketchUp is supposed to be good.

I use PTC ProDESKTOP.

Strata 3D is extremely quick to pick up and use, and I'm pretty sure there's a demo for it. Also comes with great tutorials, and a Photoshop-esque interface.
