Easy colour change job please

Hey, Was wondering if one of you lovely chaps/chapesses could do me a huge favour and help me out. I've got a pic of a pom pom and it's red and white, would it be possible for someone to change it so it's blue and white? I have tried messing about with the colour levels in imageJ but can only get purple. Any kind of navy blue should be fine.
