Easy HTC Sensation Root Guide?

Hey guys, my Dad wants me to root his Sensation for him and was just hoping somebody could link me to the best guide for doing this?

I've found a guide on XDA but at first glance it seems quite complicated (I have rooted my SGS2, so i'm sure its not that complicated when you get into it!), so just thought i'd ask here in case anyone knows of the best guide to use.

You said you had found one on XDA, you said nothing about using google to do a little research and see if there were any easier guides. Of which a 5 second search found a fair few results. :)
