easy image resizing program

I am looking for a easy (free) image resizing program, what can you suggest.

It's not for me, I use XNView for image editing but this isn't really easy and I'd hate to explain how it works to my father in law

you can shrink em in MS Paint...

Imagewalker is brilliant very simple and free!!!

He can also do batch images, so converting/resizing multiple images at once and if he like then can make them into a webpage too.

My customers have to resize photo's all the time, I recommend them this
