Easy Memory Check?

My computer illiterate aunt needs more RAM for her rather old pc and I have been tasked with finding out exactly what she needs. Unfortunately I don't have time to go over and look at the system myself so it has to be done over the phone. I have tried getting her to use Crucial's system check but she seemed confused by the numbers and a screen shot is out of the question .

I think she needs PC3200 but I'd rather clarify that before ordering! Can anyone recommend an idiot-proof RAM speed check that I can send?
