Easy Microsoft office Question

Hi

This has totally slipped my mind on how I did this before, but how do I type small numbers and letter above or below text so its like m3 but the 3 is small 3. I do not want to do this the symbol way as I know ethere is a better way to do it.

hightlight the letter you want to format then Format -> Font -> Effect and select either superscript or subscript depending on what you want to do.
