I have had a mountain bike for a year or so and not really used it due to a bad knee so I'm looking to get in shape and use it more!
Can anyone recommend a nice easy route in the sheffield area?
The kids at school suggested the monkey jumps behind millhouses park but when I got there it was way beyond my skill level!!
I did try rother valley but it was too boring, a bit of off road fun would be good but my skill level as a rider is lacking so not too crazy to start with!
