Easy shopping cart?

Hey folks are there any really easy to use shopping carts that come with simple installations to allow someone to get a basic online shop up and running that looks semi decent as well. Will be running it on Server 2008 R2 but can set up a linux box if I really need to.

Liking the look of coffee cup shopping cart seems to have it all but is there any others that I should be looking at?

Not sure if this is precisely what you want but I have played with prestashop before.
