Say you wanted to bin good few chips, what cpu cooler would you choose that's quick and easy to remove and refit? Probably an aio of some kind, but which one?
Well most AiO W/C are all the same, screw into a backplate. As long as you've got a case or bench with easy access to the back of the socket area you could use any really. I can't think of any that just use push pins off the top of my head (nor would I use one!)
If you're cycling through a good number of cpu's you could just get a heavy cooler and just plop it on top, you shouldn't need to even fasten it down.
I take it you'll just be doing a quick boot test to weed out the bad ones first? then once you've got a selection of binned cpu's that boot at a decent clock/voltage you can then clip it in and secure it to dial in a stable OC and stress it.
