Easy to set up budget ip cam?

We want a wireless ip cam that can be set up and controlled/viewed using only and iPad or iPhone/ android phone over the internet

Any recommendations ,only looking to spend about 50 quid or less if possible, it doesn't have to be fancy but panning and titling would be a bonus
