i need a way for a staff member to create very simple images. this would involve uploading a photo, being able to easily resize it, add a colour overlay and add some text then save it.
i currently do this myself, nice and easy for me to do in photoshop, but it's one of those tasks that are too simple that i don't bother to do and i could easily pass this on to be done once a month, make 4 images ready to be uploaded once a week.
anyone able to suggest a good, simple easy to use online program that does this? i've tried showing her how to do this in photoshop, but have had no luck so looking for something more basic.
