Just grabbed some pictures off my camera that i want to upload, problem if thier all 2.5meg each. Theres about 150 of them, is there an easy way to compress them and/or reduce to size of the image.

Would rather do this in a couple of clicks rather than each of them one by one.

Also i have a movie i shot in portrait mode which i need to rotate any ideas?

Thanks

images are usually in jpg encoding which is pretty much as compressed as you can get. winzip etc won't get much more than jpg has alreayd got. If you want to reduce the file size you'll have to do it on photoshop or the gimp both of which have a batch process thing to perform the same action over and over again.

If you have Windows XP then one of the power toys is an image resizer so you can resize all selected images in a couple of clicks

i dunno, images of some camera are huge in space for the resolution and quality. even opening a jpeg in photoshop and saving it can cut filesizes down by quite a margin with minimal loss in quality:)
