Easy way of typing characters with grave accents?

I'm used to quickly typing accented characters like áéíóú by just holding down the alt gr key and then the letter, but is there any way to do the same, but with grave accents?

I don't really want to have to type the unicode character (or copy and paste) every time i need to use it

I know there's the grave accent on the top left of the keyboard: ` but is there no way of using that along with a vowel or other letter?

Probably just me being a 'tard, but any hints would be greatfully received

you can use software auto hotkey and map unused keys to ASC II

Other than that and changing your keyboard to another language, no other solution.
