Easy way to draw a plan to scale

Doesnt need to be 100% accurate but the closer the better.

Was thinking of using Excel but I think it might get a bit fiddly so thought I would ask for some advice.

Basically we are moving into new offices and I would like to be able to have a plan where I can put desks in and filing cabinets etc to get a rough idea of how much space is going to be used up
