Easy way to get wireless?

I want to buy a ps vita when it comes out but i havent got a wireless router and dont want one. Is there another alternative, is there something simple like a thing you can plug into your pc through a usb? I want one so i can buy games on the psn store and then be able to dl straight onto the vita.

Assuming you already have a wired network, a switch with a wireless access point might be for you.

Google for USB wireless access point and work from there. It'll set you back £20ish.

There's no reason why you can't do what you're suggesting and have it connect to your computer wirelessly, sharing the internet connection.

I echo the comments that the best option would be a wireless router however.

Have a word with your ISP see if they will ship you out a wireless router free of charge. I contacted mine and took a while but they eventurly gave in, becuase I was a 'loyal customer'...if I was that loyal why the hell did I have to get through Fort Knox to get it!? Anyway, got it in the end.
