I'm doing a short animation which takes place in a football stadium and am thinking about as a final touch - adding some streamers/confetti like you get in Italian games. I'm not great with Max though - are there any tutorials about, or maybe of something similar i can modify? Thanks.

That sounds like a good way. I'll have a go at animating one streamer first and get back to ya. Is there maybe a tutorial for doing something similar to this? (particle instances etc.). I think screenshtos etc might be useful!

EDIT: here's a render of what i've got so far (2mb). Been playing about with combustion and depth of field. Fun!

Bah, get MPC or something :p

Just for you, here's a render i did before dinner. Unfortunately i had to ditch the streamers/confetti. It looked kinda cool but with the camera so close to the ground and so focussed on it - i had huge problems making the things look realistic when they hit the floor :( Shame. I havent got long and i'm really aiming to get this finished today. Time to stop beign a perfectionist and get it bleedin' done!

Just got the text to add and a 'crack' sound. Anyone know where i can get the sound? It's doing my head in!
