Easy ways to switch between 1 display (for gaming) & 3 (for work)?

Does anyone do this? Are there neat and easy ways for regular switching between the 2 setups.

I have a gfx1070 currently, and a 1440 144mhz monitor on order and hopefully they should make for a decent gaming experience and the 1060 will hopefully be able to drive the 1 screen on its own... But I'd like another 1 or 2 screens for working (graphically undemanding document review), and then to be able to switch between the 2 setups quickly.

With windows 10, you can configure it to so that when you power one screen off it will just output to the other.

For example I have:

Main monitor
Second monitor *I use this when working from home

When working from home, I turn both on and it outputs to both.. when gaming I just turn the second monitor off and it reverts back to single screen without any input.

Sounds ideal. Cheers
