Easy Web-Dev Question.

Good evening,

I'm spending a lot more of my free time developing websites for several websites I'm working on and have a few questions if I may.

I am confident in coding and properly optimizing my pages in HTML, CSS and implementing Flash elements however I'm currently learning PHP and would in the future look into adding advanced forms, e-commerce & registration features once I am confident enough to attempt it.

My question is...

How easy is it to implement these things I'm learning into a already existing website?

Much of it depends on how the sites are laid out.

But it won't be too hard, you may have to play around with .htaccess a little but that shouldn't be a problem.

Shouldn't be too hard but you'll need a database if you want to implement registration things.

Thanks for the replies.

I understand I will need databases and such but was really just wondering if the layout would have to be completely redone to facilitate the additional features.
