EasyNote R4650 Battery Driver Problem.
Hi chaps.
Well I've been given the task of fixing a relatives laptop, it's up and running, however I'm having problems with the battery, for some reason windows can't install it properly.
It's displayed under batteries, but as an unknown device, whenever you try to do anything, it just says "Windows could not load the installer for battery. contact your hardware vendor for assistance." and device manager won't let me disable it since it says it's needed for boot, so everytime the laptop starts up, hardware wizard has a fit and keeps popping up.
All the chipset and laptop drivers are installed, but it's still not working.
Does anyone have a link to generic windows battery drivers? it should work since they're already built into windows, but it can't help to try.
Any other help would be appreciated, cheers.
