i want to get some files hosted on a file sharing site, still trying to remember the name. -- OK it is www.easy-share.com (just remembered I had the paypal receipt in an account I can get to from work).

Like the Rapid Share site you can sign up for free and have 5 minute timers between files with daily limit or pay and get much better download and none of the 5 minute delay.

I got tired of the 5 minute delays so signed up for the minimum (48hrs). As it turns out this seems to be a good thing. On returning to the easyshare site I cannot find a login section. There is upload or create account but not a member login. Looking through the FAQ they advise not using Firefox but use Explorer instead.........

I have tried Firefox (before reading the FAQ), Seamonkey and Opera. None show a member login. Is there any other browser that is likely to work (guessing this is not a scam but you never know).

Suggestions ?

Very top of the page you linked to is a Log In link, in the right-hand corner... it's a bit hidden though. Bad web design.

Firefox on Linux (yes probabily but just thought i would ask).

I have on whatever blocking is on out of the box for FF, Seamonkey and Opera.

Difficult to verify as I am at work and use windows here and easy-share is blocked :D.

Found the login.

As you say, top left in thin medium blue letters on a light blue background..... Bad design maybe or by design possible as the register or upload sections are very clearly marked.

They also failed to respond to a support request after I paid. No going to be using them at all now.
