6800 Quadro Question....

I've seen a 6800le on the famous auction site for cheap. It is marked with a quadro label. So....

Will that card perform normally, as in a standard 6800le? And if so, is there still the likelihood of the locked pipelines/shaders being ok when unlocked?

I'm not sure myself.

There's always various auctions being bandied around on different parts of the forum, so I never know!

Also rename the thread to remove the name of auction site. It's quite silly actually cuz everbody knows anyway...

Not all cards can have the pipelines unlocked so don't count on anything.

Also why has it got Quadro logo on when it is clearly a geforce??

Quadro cards look the same dont they? I'm just not sure they will perform identically or need a softmod to become a 6800?

I've totally forgotten hardware since I stopped throwing money at my PC over a year ago and started buying more beer instead
