Just wanted to know how if anything that can be done. A friend of mine saw an item on ebay (the guy had 3 available) with a buy it now price. So he clicked the buy it now option and paid by paypal. It's been a week now and he hasn't got his item. They guy has emailed and basically he never had 3 of them he is getting them in 'soon'.
My m8 quite rightly is not impressed as he did buy it now as he thought he would get it quickly (and that the guy actually had it).
The guy doesn't seem to want to give my m8 his money back or void/neutral the transaction.
So does he just have to wait xxx weeks till this guy either gets stock or refunds him.
