I thought I would post this here as other eBay sellers may also think that their historic feedback has vanished.
I have 2 eBay accounts...
Account A: registered in 2010 with 600 seller feedback.
Account B: registered in 2016 with 400 seller feedback.
If I log into account A and view its own feedback profile, then hit 'received as a seller' I can see all 600 back to 2010.
However, if I try the same with account B - I can only see 14 of account B's feedback the past couple of years - the other 286 are missing.
I contacted eBay and was told that this is normal.
Anyway I studied the 2 feedback pages and the only difference between the 2 accounts is that account A has never received an "automated feedback" so the "show automated feedback" checkbox is not visible on the feedback profile.
So with account B I ticked the "show automated feedback" checkbox and boom all 400 feedback showed up again.
In a nutshell - there seems to be a bug where if you have received an automated "seller completed an order" feedback - your historic feedback gets classed as automated and is hidden unless you tick the "show automated feedback" check box.
