I must admit I don't have a lot of luck with online sales. However last week I ordered a small RC boat for my son. I got an email from the company a day later saying they were very sorry but sent the wrong item by mistake. They would despatch the correct item but I can keep the wrong item as a gift!! I was thinking I would get a bath tub boat but received this today!!

ordered my 1st monthly contract iPhone a few years ago, 2 iPhones turned up, identical order numbers, kept one wrapped for a while nothing was said, quids in :D
 
Everytime sky send me out a router I get 2 by mistake. They just said keep it each time, so a couple of friends got a free upgrade to the wireless N routers.

Something similar for me. When I moved in to my new flat, BT sent me 4 HomeHub 3's in the space of a week. Rang them up and was told to keep them, so I gave them to friends/family.
 
Years ago I ordered a 28 inch widescreen CRT TV and got it delivered to my work. A couple of weeks later a second identical one turned up. I wasn't immediately aware of this due to being off but after it'd been sat there a little while the place ended up getting broken into and lots of stock stolen...they stole the TV too. A spot of both good and bad luck there, guess I'm just lucky they never came chasing for the second TV.
 
Order a corsair 850W modular PSU, the supplier didn't have that in stock so he decided to send me the 1050W instead.

My razer megalodon which I ordered from US amazon gave me a full refund and the person also paid for the tax.

My 3 year old mx510 wire got snapped. Send an email to logitech if I can buy from them a replaceable wire but had none in stock. They ended up giving a 50% discount, bought a G700. The g700 one of the G buttons had a small problem, told them about it and they have sent me a new replacement. Kept the old one also

There are lot's more...

But I did get scammed a few times online.
 
Bought a CPU cooler from Ebay, the seller refuted that I'd paid for it, Ebay got involved and refunded me the money but only after the seller then decided that I had paid for it and sent me the item anyway :cool:

I didn't steal anything!! The company emailed me stating I could keep this as a gift.

This is there email, I would have returned if they asked.
