I never had problem with all items I sold in ebay until I sold new replacement Corsair AX850 power supply for £110 on 3 July 2016. I registered with Parcel Monkey and booked DX to collected my parcel that buyer choose DX for £11 rather than collect item at UPS access point for £13. Then next morning I checked DX track number confirmed the item was out for delivery and delivered at the end of day, parcel was insured.
Before I gone to bed, I checked emails and saw a ebay message from buyer that he opened resolution centre confirmed he not received item. I reported problem to both Parcel Monkey and DX, also I looked at his post code on google view and it possible that the driver could dropped parcel over backyard or in food, green, brown and black bins. I send him a message ask him to look at all possible areas that parcel may dropped that driver not bothered to knocked or left him a card whereabout parcel was dropped.
I don't think he is a scammer when he live in a luxury house worth £246,000 accorded to Zoopla, he is probably some retired guy.
I wonder how long Parcel Monkey claim process last and when will I get £110 compensation? After successful claim process and I will issue buyer full refund in around 14 days. I recalled past experience with lost parcels when I not received a parcel and I reported to seller that I not received item and seller told me that I will have to wait around 14 days for refund after seller get compensation after completed claim process with Royal Mail then I received full refund after 14 days.
Hopefully I don't have another lost parcel today after booked DX to collect parcel contained MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G heading to London workplace few streets away from Prime Minister.
