eBay edit listing error don't make sense

I have an item listed with the buy-it-now with best offer option on eBay with collection only. I'm trying to revise the listing by reducing the buy-it-now price.

When I type in the new lower price and click submit I get this red error asking me to specify P&P options but I can't edit anything else never mind the fact that it is collection only due to size.

It won't even allow me to select the 'Buyer is responsible...' option.

There is nothing I can do to stop this error other than leaving the item at the current price. No wonder eBay is going down hill and desperate for people to list stuff. eBay my !!!!!!! !!!!.
 
Even if he can he shouldn't have to, and he'd have to pay the insertion fee again, and use up one of his X amount of listing cancellations that you are allowed before you get charged for cancelling.
 
I didn't know there was a certain amount of listing cancellations?

I haven't used Ebay since I looked at the iPhones on there which were being sold with 'flappy birds' installed and accidentally pressed 'sell an item like this'. I realised my mistake and cancelled it and had £61.55 taken out of my bank account 3 weeks later for 'listing fees'.
 
If it was just a free listing then I would have just cancelled it and listed again but it is a car and it has costed me £10 to list.

As far as I can remember you can only do it an certain number of times within a certain time period before you get charged a fee. It may have changed or I may be mistaken.

I think this is still correct. Pretty sure its only one or two free.

Is it less than 24 hours until the end of the listing?

EDIT: Can you give us a bit more information from the edit listing page? It's a bit difficult to try and work the problem out.
 
2 days until listing ends. There is nothing else that it allows me to edit other than price, post locations, and stuff like no buyers below certain feedback score.

I have removed all that stuff but makes no difference to the error.

If you hit sell an item, it takes you through about 5 other pages and the final button is even called 'list my item'.
Were you on meth at the time? :p
