Just let it run, as has been said already, there is a chance it will sell for more than his offer.
If he's so impatient he can't wait 13 hours then there must be something wrong with him

If you absolutely want to sell it to him, then get him to bid the agreed amount. This will put him in the lead (but not necessarily at the agreed amount). End the auction early when he does that, then invoice him for the full agreed amount. He can then pay as normal, and it will all be through ebay / Paypal and won't be in circumvention of any rules.

I did think of that, but wouldnt i be paying the fees at the lower amount and be breaking the rules that way?
