I recently sold an item on Ebay and the buyer is not answering any of my emails or phonecalls.
I thought they are entering a "legally binding contact" when they buy from you, but I carnt seem to find the info I need to show them about this, can anyone here help me with this.
The buyer only lives about 20 miles away so I am also thinking of paying them a visit if all else fails.
