I started a dispute, even though I have tried emailing him several times and phoning him to no avail he has replied to the dispute.

I know he's lying if you can log on to ebay then you know you have won, let alone the emails.

I have thought about small claims court, but I'm having a cash flow problem at the moment and can't really afford to pay the £25...

Grr.

What would you guys do send one back trying to get him to buy it, or ask him to agree not to buy so I can get all my fees back (mutual agreement thing)

oh this is the listing, he can't even say I've been dishonest in the listing.

a couple of negatives I don't mind most people get 1 or 2. But yeah i see your point.

I really fancy doing small claims court just for the experience LOL. Would I deff win..
