Ebay issues

Hi All,

Sorry for another Ebay thread but hopefully you can offer some advice as not too sure what to do next.

I sold some tickets for London Eve Fireworks as had changed our plans. There were bought and I posted them out Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm service to be delivered on Tuesday 22nd. The tickets have been delivered for on 22nd but the signature is not yet available. The buyer claims they have not received them though. I have advised them to give it 3 working days (as suggested by Royal Mail) and then phone his sorting office tomorrow but they keep messaging me saying they are getting worried etc.

The person that bought them may well be being genuine but they had 0 feedback and had a bad feeling from the outset.

What do I do next and what are my options.

Thanks all it is very strange the signature has not shown up but they have been delivered. I have already asked them to check with neighbours. I have advised them I will phone the customer services tomorrow to see what they say.

The buyer is now saying they are away till the 31st so want a refund. I know they may very well be genuine and I hope this is the case but can’t help feeling they trying a fast one.
 
Thanks all seems I will be ok whether or not I get compensation from Royal Mail. In my experience the signature shows up almost immediately so it is strange. Will see what they say tomorrow.
