i'm trying to sell a lot of little bits on ebay, but its just so slow... on a i7 3770, 16gb ram, w10, 100meg connection and chrome or ie... it just hurts... at least 2/3 seconds transition between screens... is there something faster (as in something i can run locally that will upload changes?

just want to be able to list and revise items faster than if im using a 56k modem

im sure this was faster 10 years ago....

Have you been on the sauce? Is 2/3 seconds really that big of a deal? Get your line tested to make sure your connection is ok would be my advice. You could run an internet speed test yourself to check for lag/ping etc. If there's a problem, contact your ISP. Your system specs are fine for what you are doing. Seriously though, why is 2/3 seconds an issue?

Have you tried changing your DNS servers?

Try using Google's and see if it helps. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 are their IPs.

good thought makes no difference (im almost glad it did not since id have to slap myself for not trying it myself)

internet connection speed fine for upload / downloads... speed test.net ..

2/3/4 seconds does not sound like a lot of when you have so many screen transitions and you might only be on a screen for 2 seconds that took 3 seconds to open its gets really frustrating.. been doing my head in for months
