Ebay listing software

Ive been using Garagesale on the mac which makes listing really easy and looks great.
Any suggestion for Windows ? Tried ebay turbo lister but its very basic, dont mind paying but if there's free software then even better

I used to use Froo, google them for reviews etc but heres the link

They have templates and things to make it look pretty. you have to pay for certain things but some are free for example, a my other items for sale carousel for the bottom of your listings was free when I last used it
