Ebay - No longer BIN?

I'm trying to list an unused mobile phone for sale on Ebay but now they seem to INSIST that I have to have an auction running along side a buy it now?

Isn't it possible to just have a buy it now listing anymore?

I thought you had to select Auction (which you can add a BIN price which disappears ascsoon as someone bids) or Fixed price which is BIN only.

There's a tab about halfway down the selling form that let's you choose a fixed price listing.
