Ebay Order Mess Up

Which is why he took a screenshot because they refused to send the game.

Correct, the pricing was a special offer they did over the weekend. The glitch has nothing to do with the pricing, they just missed one of the games off my order.

Basically I ordered:
1 x Nintendo Switch + Free Game
1 x Game
1 X Game (this went missing from the order)

It was all ordered at the same time on Ebay from the same seller and all items had the same shipping code.

Still waiting for them to call me back, if nothing happens I will try phoning again tomorrow.

So you bought x3 seperate items that were to be sent with combined postage?

If that is the case, you can't send one of the items back because it never arrived... so say you wont post back the things that did arrived and demand a refund for the missing item?

Not that I'm condoning the actions, but at my last employer they ran a sizeable eBay store. The amount of times we received a bar or chocolate, a brick, some wood, etc in the post as a "return" so that the scammer had "proof" of postage was comically huge!

PayPal always side with the buyer, especially when then have proof of postage...

An update and end to this situation at last. They've finally realised that the game "did not pass through operations for dispatch". Now I have received a refund for the game that wasn't sent.

I could have sorted this issue out quicker if I had contacted their Ebay store email address, but instead I contacted their main company address. Glad its finally sorted now I can just buy the game elsewhere, and I still got an amazing deal in the first place for the rest.
