ebay/paypal payment question

i'm new to this ebay thing and i'd like some advise please.
2 winning bids have provide a Unconfirmed Address, now under the Sellers scheme this is a no no.
they have both positive ratings and i have emailed them asking to confirm that the supplied addy is correct, when as i presume they reply doing so, will this be good enough to satisfy the Paypal sellers refund scheme?

They need to be confirmed with paypal i think. Which they need to do themselves.

tbh i have only been confirmed for 6 months but trading 3 years. normally i get them to email there address back to me, and use some means of sending the item where it is trackable.(p2go). if in any doubt leave it a few days and request a phone number or cheque.

Don't get paranoid dude! :) 99% of all transactions are hassle-free whether the address is confirmed or not.

The only way to get a 'confirmed address' on ebay is to link it to a credit card billing address.

as said Paypal need to confirm the address not the buyer for you to be protected

I onlt normally bother insisting on confirmed addresses on higher value items but do allow the buyer time to sort it ( doesn't take long )
